Accessories, lipstick and small detail can really make a difference. I honestly can't imagine getting dressed with out adding touches like these. After all if we don't add these things how can we call an outfit our own. 

This is one of my more girly looks, with one of my favorite dresses ever from Mandees. The freeing organza on the bottom always makes me feel like a little princess, and since I don't want to look completely like a disney princess I added some dark touches with my usual angled black eye liner, and a dark plum lip color. [Trending] 

Lastly  to add to the mix I put jewelry that normally wouldn't be paired together, which is some Indian bangles from Saint Marks, and My favorite tiny glasses necklace from H&M.

Mini Shoot| Library Love

 

 Lately I've been getting asked to do quite a few shoots for different projects and it has been an interesting yet enjoyable road for me, I really enjoy dressing up as much as I love designing, being apart of great shoots such as this one, is really inspiring for me... and I just love being able to share that with you guys. <3

These great photo's were taken by an aspiring photographer and good friend of mine Kelly Valladares, she was really inspired by this new Section of our library which had just been redone with amazing designs and an impressive collection of fashion books, classics, and art work all donated to our school by the great Charles Nolan after passing away. This shoot was not just a shoot but, a reflection of my life, dreams, and goals as a young designer. Being surrounded by this inspiring figures work and countless others just gave me the greatest vibe ever. Hope you enjoy this shoot as much as I did.

My own blissful world

A post from my favorite place in the city, also known as the highline. I prefer to call it "my own blissful world". I almost forget I'm on an old railroad in the middle of the concrete jungle. When ever I need to escape my chaotic days, this is definitely a place to find me.
This place of bliss never fails to inspire me. Words from a wise artist on the highline "don't be ashamed to be a tourist in your own city"....
