Fringed Babe

Changing skies

 Lately...
 I've been getting inspired by the incredible Lykke Li, not only her style of music but her overall sense of  being seems to have a huge impact on my creative lifestyle.
    As a young designer I am still discovering all the styles I can create... basically I still don't have my "look" completely figured out yet, after seeing these lovely photographs  I definitely feel a step closer to what I need to accomplish when it comes to my line.
 The "changing skies phase" (as I like to call it) always seem to be a consistent transition in my life, I no longer resent it and get stressed out as I once use to, but I now just fully engulf it, letting myself be free, especially after someone recently told me diversity is good.

Hope you lovely readers enjoy hearing my creative process as an artist in many fields.

visiting the most beautiful museums here in NYC, taking photos of people with great outfits, laughter, sewing, spending a lot of time on my laptop preparing details for my show, on the hunt for inspiration in any way shape or form,... and capturing those moments as long as my camera battery isn't dead. ;)

-Here's just a few of my current favorite inspiration fashion videos, I can honestly watch fashion film videos all day, if you're a fashion lover or a designer like myself, then I am sure you'll find these videos entertaining especially if you're a lover of bohemian style as much as I am! I am absolutely obsessed with creative direction and this is something I do for every shoot with my photographers and something I'm working on now.

*I've been cooking up some great pieces for the very first ModeAmen fashion show, to kick off ModeAmen.com  ! ....Which might explain why I haven't been blogging quite as often.  I hope you lovely readers understand, and of course more details will follow along with a blog giveaway for two front row seats to my show! In the mean time I will be blogging my inspiration and my life encounters two to three times a week tops since I am so incredibly busy, hope you all enjoy, trust me it will be worth it.
